The theme of Transparent Times is the “transparency” crisis for privacy. Informationization is one of the most important features of our generation, and “transparency” is also a major social phenomenon. The development of technology has alienated traditional life and become equal to power. Formatted as a printed publication in its final form, this design contains organized and edited articles related to privacy from varying perspectives. Transparent Times began as a study of visual language with research and experiments on visualizing the feeling of being “surveilled” to an audience.
